With amazing views over St Ives Town and Harbour, Manderley Penthouse is the ideal spot for a romantic holiday. Beautifully decorated and finished to a high standard, this penthouse property also has the added benefit of on-site parking. 
 
The open plan kitchen and living area showcases an open brick feature wall with electric log burner and is decorated in shades of grey and warm autumn tones with a cosy sofa, separate armchair and Smart TV. The fabulous sash windows open up to a breath-taking view over St Ives and out to sea.
 
The newly fitted kitchen boasts a breakfast bar, granite worktops, oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, Lavazza coffee machine and a half size dishwasher.
 
The spacious and attractive master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, dressing table, wooden clothes rail, and exposed brick feature wall.
 
The shower room offers a large walk-in rainforest shower, wash basin and WC.
