Situated in the heart of Downalong just minutes from the Harbour, Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. Over 200 years old, Norway House Studio was originally built as a sail loft and then used as an artist's studio for many years. It is full of the unique natural light that first drew the artists to St Ives and draws them still today. Thoughtfully modernised to retain its original character and stylishly decorated with deep whitewashed granite walls and exposed timbers. The Island car park is just moments away making Norway House Studio ideal for a relaxing summer holiday or a cosy winter break.

Ground Floor
Bedroom 1. King size bed, flat-screen 21" TV, well-furnished to include a dressing table, comfortable chair and plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2. Bunk beds plus 2 ft 6” single bed and built-in storage.
Bathroom. Bath with shower over, wash basin with storage under, heated towel rail, WC and extractor fan.
The accommodation is carpeted throughout, apart from in the kitchen and bathroom.
Exterior cubby next to the front door for storing beach gear.

First Floor
Sitting/dining room. Fabulously spacious and light with windows on three sides plus skylights. Two settees, 2 armchairs, a desk and coffee table. Long window seat and large oak dining table with seating for 8. Flat-screen 40" TV, sound system with iPod dock. Opening to
Kitchen. Well designed and refitted, this bright room has whitewashed weather-boarded walls. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Heated throughout by wall mounted electric radiators.
Small well-trained dogs accepted by arrangement.

This cottage offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
