Bedroom 2. Double bed, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers. Compact room with pretty window seat.
Bedroom 3. Bunk beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside table.

Bathroom. Bath with electric shower over, wash basin, WC and airing cupboard.

Heating is provided by night storage heaters and a gas fire in the sitting room.
