One of a collection of modern properties within the Gallinas development and set on the ground floor of the building, Porthminster Skies is a two-bedroom holiday home with wonderful sea views and private parking.

Bright and airy with tasteful decor and open plan living, there are sliding doors connecting the inside space to a fabulous balcony where guests can soak up the sunshine as well as the views. A fab kitchen with lots of counter top space and storage has all you need to rustle up home cooked meals, but of course should you decide to eat out, there are tons of wonderful restaurants within easy reach of the front door.

Porthminster is a beautiful beach lying less than half a mile from the apartment. Here you'll find golden sand for lazing on and clear water for swimming and water sports. The beach is overlooked by Cornwall's iconic Tate St Ives art gallery too, so if you're interested in local artists and their work it makes for a fascinating few hours. More sandy stretches lie waiting at Bamaluz and Porthmeor, both less than a mile away. Porthmeor's beach-based cafe is a popular place to grab a delicious bite after a beach day and the views over St Ives Bay from here are stunning.

1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

This property offers two passes for the Harbour Hotel and Spa in St Ives (located about 2 minutes' walk from the property). Included in these passes is access anytime, including weekends, 20% off food and drink at Harbour Kitchen, Bar & Terrace, 20% off Spa treatments (Monday to Friday) and 10% off Spa retail products.
The Spa Opening times are 7.00am – 8.00pm (Monday & Sunday)
*Please note that the Spa is closed at 8.00pm so it is recommended guests arrive before 7.30pm*

Please note that there is currently a neighbouring residential development under construction near Gallinas Point. Guests may experience some intermittent construction noise during normal weekday working hours.
The apartment itself, together with its facilities, parking and stunning coastal views, remains unaffected and continues to provide a wonderful base from which to enjoy St Ives and the surrounding coastline.
The works are external to the property and activity levels vary considerably from day to day. Most guests continue to enjoy their stay as normal, but we feel it is important to make visitors aware of the situation in advance.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
