Shrimp Cottage is a gorgeous recently refurbished Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage situated in the heart of St Ives with four bedrooms and welcomes dogs. This stunning cottage is minutes away from St Ives Town Centre with its galleries, restaurants and shops and also offers off-site parking for one car.
 
Step in through the front door to a beautiful character cottage open plan lounge/dining room with wood burner.  The cosy lounge offers a large colourful corner sofa, comfy lounge chairs, Smart TV and DVD player.
 
The galley style kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. 
 
The dining table is found in the open plan lounge area and seats eight guests.
 
On the first floor, the master bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a zip and link bed which can be made up as either super king-size bed or two single beds.  The master bedroom also offers ample storage.  Across the landing is a bunk bed bedroom.
 
On the second floor there is a small double bedroom with shower en-suite and built in wardrobe.  The final bedroom also has a zip and link bed which can be made up as either super king-size bed or two single beds and ample storage.
 
The family bathroom is located on the first floor with bath, separate shower, WC and wash hand basin. 
 
There is a small cloakroom located off the kitchen on the ground floor.

Lovely cosy fishing cottage

We had an enjoyable stay at Dave's Pad. Great location in the centre of St Ives with all amenities available. Super comfy beds! Would stay again. We will miss St Ives.

Fantastic location, charming cottage

Well located and surprisingly roomy for 8 people. Well laid out with nice finishing touches. The welcome pack with Cornish produce was lovely and a great sight after a long day's travel. Within minutes walk of town centre and all three beaches. Quiet too. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly modern and so made our stay so easy when dealing with eight people (2 of whom were children and they loved the bunk beds). Overall very satisfied.
