If parking nearby to unpack we would recommend pulling up at the Barnoon Hill end to offload and walk down, as Fore Street can be extremely busy during peak times and there is no space to pull over. If coming via taxi, Fore Street end would be advised, as it is closer to the property, despite being an uphill walk.
Directions to Academy place (Barnoon Hill end):
• Follow the A30 until you reach the roundabout at St Erth that asks you to take the 2nd exit to St Ives on the A3074. Take this exit. • Go straight over the next two roundabouts, keeping to the right on the second roundabout into Lelant • Follow the A3074 through Lelant and Carbis Bay • Follow the road down into St Ives; passing a Tesco (your nearest drive-to supermarket…) and the Tregenna Castle on the left. • On reaching the Harbour Hotel Spa, follow the road to the right; you are now on The Terrace.
