For those looking to connect with nature, a picturesque footpath winds its way through the fields, allowing you to link up with the breathtaking South West Coast Path. Along this coastal route, you might have the opportunity to catch sight of seals, various seabirds, and, on occasion, even playful dolphins!

Please note that this property's access is via a steep exterior ramp, which might pose a slight challenge for individuals with mobility concerns. However, once inside, you'll find that the entire living space is situated on a single, easily navigable level.
