Welcome to Trevayla… This charming recently-refurbished retreat, ideal for families of three, is less than a ten minute stroll from St Ives' bustling harbour front. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and the tranquillity of your own private garden in this idyllic Cornish haven.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is the perfect space for socialising and relaxing after a day out exploring all that St Ives and the West Country have to offer.

The living area has a comfy two-seater sofa, a beautiful floral armchair and Smart TV with Netflix provided for guests’ use. The stunning electric fireplace offers additional warmth and a cosy feel.

The newly installed kitchen has everything you need to cook up local produce when you fancy a night off from St Ives’ wonderful restaurants. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, under-counter fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

There is also a dining table with seating for three.

The master bedroom is perfectly appointed with a double bed tucked into the eaves and a velux window bathing the room in Cornish sunshine. There is also a large cupboard offering additional storage for your holiday needs just outside the bedroom door.

The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers a single bed, small chest of drawers and access to the private garden.

The attractive shower room has a large walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

The private enclosed garden is the perfect secluded space to enjoy a sunny Cornish day with large L-shaped sofa, armchair and dining table with chairs for three. So whether you are partial to alfresco dining or sundowners at the end of the day, Trevayla is the perfect escape.
