Westholme is a first floor duplex apartment with allocated on-site parking for one car with additional space available on a first come first served basis. Welcoming up to six guests, Westholme is the ideal retreat which boasts both luxury design and comfort. Situated in the grounds of The Tregenna Estate a short walk from the Town Centre of St Ives.
The open-plan living kitchen dining space has been fully refurbished for guests to relax on the L-shaped sofa whilst enjoying a movie on the 42” Smart TV. If family and friends are feeling competitive they can gather around the dining table to play board games and make memories together after a busy day of exploring the coast.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Ninja Food Blender, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave oven.
The master bedroom on the top floor has a king-size bed.
The second bedroom on the first floor of the apartment features a king-size bed. Whilst the first bedroom on this floor offers a twin room.
The family bathroom on the first floor features bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC. There is also an additional, shower room adjacent from the master bedroom on the top floor.
