Amazing stay in St. James community outside of Southport, NC! The condo itself is immaculate! Well updated with appliances, furniture, flooring, and screened in deck! This place could not have been in a better location at the marina! Loved having Beacon 315 right down the elevator, the boats to watch and the amenities to enjoy in St. James! From golf, to pools, to beach… amazing!! I highly recommend this place for golfers, families, girl getaway, all the above! Vic was outstanding to work with and very communicative. He checked on us each day and was available for anything we needed!
