From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. The team communicated with us quickly and provided all the information we would need for our stay. Jhelisa met us at the Starfish Market after we picked up our jeep/groceries and led us to the property. She was very thorough with her tour and answered all of our questions. The photos are a great representation of the villa but you can't really appreciate it until you are there! Stunning view. Comfortable beds, couch and outdoor furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. The high ceilings rock feature wall are beautiful. It is so bright and cheerful! The bonus is being right across from Oppenheimer Beach so you can literally walk to the end of the driveway and cross the road to get to a beach. The snorkeling there is great too! We saw turtles and loads of tropical fish! This place is a truly a 10 out of 10 stay and if I ever come back, I will be staying here.

Great house with a couple of quirks

The house was exactly as advertised, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location was perfect, literally a three minute walk down the driveway to the beautiful Oppenheimer Beach. The only issues we had were that there was no hot water and that the internet went down. I called maintenance three times and they came out twice, but were unable to fix the water problem. Initially we thought it would not be a big deal, but when my husband became ill, the cold showers became very annoying. When the internet went down we had to drive into town to call maintenance. Note, we were told that they had recently installed a new water heater, but beware, it is not working properly. I'd suggest putting a claue in your contact.

First time on St. John

We enjoyed our stay here. The view was magnificent and it was across the street from Oppenheimer Beach. it bears noting that the driveway is very steep and can become slick when wet. there is one cab company on the island with smaller cabs which can come up the drive and you will need to reach out to them for rides if you don’t rent a car. The home itself is very striking, and the tiled showers with openings to the outside are an added bonus.
