Our room was unique & cozy, it’s an old building and has no elevator. The building is close to everything, shopping, restaurants & sightseeing. The bed and pillows are comfy, the room has a mini fridge, coffee maker with a couple of mugs and real wine glasses!! Customer service was excellent, there is always someone to help you out. We were happy with our stay!

Just a ducky place to stay!

Location VG. Comfortortable room. Staff great. 3 floors and narrow staircases. No elevator so not easily accessible for folks with mobility issues or anyone carrying big suitcases. Meals available. Coded doors into the hotel so security excellent. We parked on the street for free after 6 pm until 8 am.

This is the third time that i have stayed here its definitely clean ,not noisy beds are pretty comfy very affordable especially when your looking for something downtown wish they did have a bottle of water in the room lol but eairther for that i would definitely recommend this place even if its sometimes a shared bathroom its always clean and people are pretty respectful :)

Nice heritage building, needs repair

Hotel itself had a great vibe. Nice restaurant on main floor. Our room was on the top floor and was not ready for guests. Found a previous guest’s sock on the floor. Room must have had water damage at some point and was still in process of being repaired. A first coat of drywall had been applied around the top of the attic wall and closet area, but hadn’t even been sanded yet. Likewise, the bathroom was incompletely renovated. On a positive note, we stayed two nights and the room was made up despite not expecting it.

I was concerned after I read some reviews (i.e., mouse), but luckily we didn’t see mice (or evidence of). Very convenient location - restaurant on main floor and a bar downstairs! We had a problem with our TV not working and sent a text message to the “super”… but no one responded. But not a big deal!

Hi we are not pleased the TV did not work the first staff member tried to fix it, it came on then stopped then another member tried and could not get it going so no Tv . My wife could not use he lap top in the room, a staff member tried to help he took it out side the room and got it working but back in the room it did not work. They told us parking was free but when I went to get my car at 0500 this morning I had to pay. The staff where very nice. We will never us this hotel again.
