They advertise breakfast service until 10:00 am, and I confirmed the hours when I checked in. I arrived at 9:40 am for breakfast, and they were out of eggs to make the egg sandwich which is their primary breakfast offering. I asked them to replenish and was told, "Sonia", the manager, instructed the staff to turn off the ovens at 9:30 am and quit replenishing the buffet. There were about a dozen unhappy guests. The front desk staff apologized in a text message after I registered a complaint.

It was a great stay! Enough space for me and my two adult kids, beds were comfy, room was clean, and check in was easy! Would definitely stay here again!

It was in walking distance of lots of shopping centers. The town was buzzing because the Chiefs were in-training at Northwestern University. The staff was friendly and breakfast was a little generic however it was nice and hot food.
This was on the screen when we entered the room. So cute!

It was expensive for what you get. The property is new and clean. Breakfast area needs tweaked. No coffee, all the hot items are crammed into a tiny little cabinet that you use the same tongs to touch everything. The yogurt container is on the floor. no juice it was gone as well. Low staffed- high price, clean but not worth the $
