We enjoyed a great week at this hotel. We had a lovely room with a beautiful view and were very well looked after by the housekeeping team. All staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. Various great restaurant and swimming options and breakfasts were a highlight. Paceville as a town was disappointing (area around hotel) unless you are specifically looking for clubs and it was necessary to travel further afield.

Great location and property, it was absolutely beautiful. Only thing I didn’t particularly care for was the pool hours- they closed oddly early. Also, the pools could probably use an upgrade in general. Literally everything else was a 9+ out of 10.

We have enjoyed a wonderful week at the hotel. It was very very hot and hotel whilst huge was cool. The bedrooms including bathroom was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.
