Ideally positioned just minutes from St Leonards Golf Club, the historic pier and boat ramp, and the charming town centre, Seabreeze St Leonards offers a true coastal lifestyle. Guests can explore award-winning Bellarine wineries including Jack Rabbit, Terindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill, and Bellarine Estate, all within a short drive. The property is also perfectly placed for fishing, boating, and enjoying the Bellarine’s renowned food and wine scene.
This expansive, light-filled home is designed with both relaxation and entertaining in mind. In addition to the upstairs open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, guests can enjoy two other spacious living areas, perfect for spreading out and unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous bench space, and everything you need for at-home dining. The open-plan living flows seamlessly onto an outdoor entertaining area, ideal for enjoying the coastal breeze.
