Hosts were great! Their place was great! Perfect spot for anyone visiting St Louis if you want to stay in the heart of a historic neighborhood and close to all the action
Our two families came down to St. Louis for the NCAA basketball tournament, and had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The owners were extremely accommodating, and always responded to us very quickly. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. It was a quick Uber ride to downtown for the games too. We would definitely stay here again!
I had a work event in downtown St. Louis and brought a group of grown (large humans) men to utilize this house in the Soulard area. We could comfortably sleep nine, and the proximity to the Soulard bar and food establishments made our trip fun on Friday and Saturday night! We had a great time walking the neighborhood streets near the property, and the host was very accommodating and a consistent messenger through the Expedia resource. The front door lock requires an app downloaded to your phone, but it was easy to install and use once we got on site.
Older home with nice modern touches. Ample space for larger groups. Fully stocked kitchen is always a plus. Hosts were great at communicating prior and during our visit. Really cool little golf cart community only minutes from downtown area.
This house reminds me of a clean college guys house! I can tell for the most part that they have done their best to make this place pretty good. Communication was great with the owners so the small issue we had was easily resolved.

An okay stay. We were never able to get the smart lock to work on our phones, but we had keys so it was fine. Do not go to the park next to the house. We had to leave quickly with the kids due to human feces and needles everywhere. Daytime the neighborhood is cute and lots of people walking dogs on the sidewalks. That changes at night. Patio was a bit trashed but it’s very early spring so probably still junked up from the winter. The only working tv was in the living room. None of the others would work. Hot water was turned up so high I have a first degree burn on my knuckles from washing my hands and we had to sit in the bathroom while the kids showered to make sure they wouldn’t burn themselves. Second floor toilet works sometimes and the second floor shower is terrifying. Other than that it’s located in an area near lots of attractions. So that was nice. Will definitely be looking for something safer for the kids and more functional for the price next time.
