As someone who uses Chime as my visa payment card of choice I was basically treated as a criminal at check in. I was told they did not except my form of payment at the time of check in due to what the front desk woman stated as she didnt want to say but people with that type of card tend to be fraudulent. I was agast and required my poor mother who was in St Louis for surgery to put the room on her card. Now the best part was a few hours later the hotel tried to charge my card for the room that was already paid for. I WILL NEVER BOOK AN ALOFT AGAIN. I had stayed in one before and liked it hence why i booked it.

This property is very clean and inviting. My room was clean—worried about highway/smoker smell but didn’t seem to experience that inside which was great. Love the atmosphere and amenities.
