Dirty, Terrible Smell....

The entire hotel smelled. The area is rough and seemed very much unsafe. The room did not look anything like the pictures on the site including mismatched furniture and was filthy with a worse smell than the rest of the hotel. It was super disappointing all the way around. Definitely NOT worth what we paid. Has turned us completely off of staying at a Best Western ever again.

Roaches climbing on the walls. Staff was rude, Except for a black gentleman that worked the front desk at night and a girl named Alaina that worked in the morning. Didn’t feel safe at all. Our door locks were hardly screwed into the wall. Parking lot is VERY DARK. They seemed to have some questionable people working on the hotel also.

It took 10 minutes to get checked in because the receptionist was talking to some other worker behind the desk, believe me, not work related either. The desk/table in the room was damaged and was haphazardly held together with two random screws in the corners. The first night was uncomfortable. The sheets were still wet from being washed last. The carpet was also wet. The following morning I asked what time room service comes around, they said they only replace sheets if youre staying 3 days or more. I asked if I could get fresh sheets because ours were damp and made sleeping uncomfortable, (they did in fact get us fresh sheets) and I also asked if they could dry out the carpet somehow, that wasn't done. So we left the heat on as high as possible while we were out the whole day, fixed most of the problem. But it happened again the following day, damp carpet. It wasnt until our last day that I figured out why the carpet kept getting wet: the provided fridge in the room was faulty and kept defrosting. All our food was unsafe at that point so we just threw it all out. I told the front desk as we were leaving that the fridge was busted and the receptionist said she'd let the maintenance team know. Not a single apology from any of the three people I spoke to in our time here. They all seemed like they had better things to do.

The property has definitely seen better days. It’s starting to show signs of wear and tear. The carpet in our room was very dirty. They need to remind the housekeeping to vacuum around the edges of the room. First time ever I left my shoes on in a hotel room. The room had a faint musty smell, but it wasn’t too bad. I personally prefer a drive-up entrance with a canopy. I did like the large dining area and the breakfast was nice.

Plugged Drains!

My husband was in town on business and when he took his morning shower, the bathtub drain was so plugged, he found himself standing in dirty water. Not exactly how he wanted to start his morning. When he mentioned it to the front desk associate, her response was a simple "I'm sorry about that". How about making a note of the room number and assuring him you'd have it looked at. Something, anything other than a lame insincere apology.

Very rude staff. One girl was on her phone in the morning. The man who checked us in was very rude and not welcoming. If money wasn’t an issue, we would have stayed somewhere else. Also the floor in the room was sticky and the tub was so dirty we didn’t shower. Overall, just not happy.

We had to leave it was so gross and dirty! Nothing like the photos! I’m sure most of the good reviews of this place are fake. It was horrible! Run down and felt unsafe. Stay away !

Pool closed

Our only disappointment was that we specifically booked this hotel for its pool and when we got there they told us the pool was down and weren’t sure when it would be back open. Sadly it was closed for our entire stay. They were very vague with any answers about the pool and had no explanation about why it was closed.
