The hallways smelled good, our room was very clean, the staff were kind and welcoming, the lobby coffee was exceptional, the breakfast area and offerings were wonderful, and the area around the hotel offered many conveniences! Absolutely no complaints about this stay! (We didn’t use the pool, so we can’t comment on that.)

Couples trip to concert

The room was damp, musty smell, like smoking in the room had occurred. Halls smelt like someone smoking in them. Entrance and parking lot in very poor shape. We did not eat breakfast, wine to look for banana and was not one. Apples and unripe oranges. Other food looked decent.

All of the staff we interfaced with were very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly and our room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast that was offered was probably the best we’ve ever had in any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent and the variety was perfect. We plan to stay at this best Western plus hotel each time we travel through St. Louis on our way to New York.

Rooms need remodeling!!!

Our room needs remodeling fast! Carpet has stretched and no longer fits the floor. The room smelled moldy and was very dark. Not inviting at all.

I’ve never encountered this before but the only thing that was a bit of an issue for me was the amount of water in the toilet tank. It does not seem enough to flush the toilet just the one time. Quite often I had to flush two or three times (even for just the toilet paper) for a full emptying of the bowl.

The hotel is pet friendly. I arrived 45 minutes earlier than check in time and was told that it would be an extra $25. That policy sucks. The room, while clean, looked worn. Especially the carpets. The breakfast did not look fresh or appetizing. We skipped it. All in all, not bad, not great.
