We are happy to coordinate custom lease extensions and seamless renewals to ensure your stay remains completely uninterrupted.
Security & Fully Refundable Deposit: Your peace of mind is our highest priority. The property features a secure, seamless smart-lock keyless entry system and external entryway security cameras (no cameras are inside private living spaces).
Please note: Because mid-term stays function as an executive residential arrangement, a fully refundable $1,000 security deposit is required. This deposit is securely processed off-platform via our property management software 2 days prior to arrival. It is held as a temporary authorization on your card and is automatically released 2 days post-checkout, provided there is no damage to the property. Check-in details and access codes are automatically released once this secure hold is established.
Historic Property Charm: Bohio Luz is a beautifully restored historic apartment. Because of its classic architectural heritage, guests will need to navigate a flight of stairs to access the entrance. Additionally, while the interior is completely modernized, the original decorative fireplace is purely aesthetic and is not operational for safety reasons.
