There was stains all over the floors. Puke in our AC unit. Hallways are trashed. Casino is destroyed and the ladies upfront are the most disgraceful and rude women I have ever met in the hospitality industry.

The “Room” that you have on here vs the room they give you is nowhere close to it and they charge you extra if you want the rooms that’s on the picture. That’s BS!

Passing through St Louis and chose this hotel with a view of the Golden Arch from our 6th floor window. Check-in was quick and simple. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean. Would recommend this Hotel.

This was by far the worse stay of any hotel I have stayed in. The room was dirty the blankets had what looked like mold and there was black stuff flying out of the air conditioning. Carpet was dirty. When I asked if the cleaning lady could vacuum she asked did I know how to run it. Very outdated and dirty.

When we got there the pool was out of order. We didn’t want to stay more than one night then. We tried to call Expedia. They wouldn’t allow us to cancel without a 150 dollar fee. On top of that the hotel was not clean. The room was terrible. Bathroom floor dirty, carpet stained, walls dirty, hair in bathtub. Just over all run down and not kept visibly clean. The curtain had a sharp metal pin they had been using to keep curtains shut in it that I didn’t see when I went to close the curtains and it cut me. We misplaced our room key, my fiancé went to get another one. They asked for no id or anything to get a new key so he just said what room and they gave a key. Anyone could have done that. Then when my fiance was at the casino, I stayed at the room alone. When I was getting ready to shower, someone entered the room. The door was locked. It was not my fiance. Someone who was not suppose to enter my room came in at about 9pm at night. I didn’t feel safe, it wasn’t clean, no one seemed to care. I will never stay there again and it would expect some sort of refund at least for the safety issue. Also the pool and overall cleanliness. Way too much spent and it ruined our small mini vacation.
