Tv did not work, powdered creamer for coffee, and barely any sound insulation from outside noise (directly beside a casino). The room was advertised as having a “casino view”. Said view turned out to be a brick wall.

We were there for Bands of America marching contest at the dome in Americas Center. Brie greeted us. We were very tired from our 6 hour drive from Oklahoma. She was so sweet and so helpful. Check in was smooth and quick. The rest of the staff were also kind and very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The smoke detector kept going off. The maintenance guy was there within minutes to change the battery. He was also very kind. The view from our room was beautiful.

I liked the room it was updated new carpet and bed was comfortable. Things i didnt like hand towel had hair on it and it wasnt mine and after using the toilet just doing no 1 flushed the toilet the toilet ran all night long.
