We drove over 8hrs for our trip to St.Louis. When we arrived we learned the property was already rented out to someone else. There was a delay in response from the property manager to figure out what was going on. Our trip had been booked months in advance so this was very discouraging to deal with and be told the other person had booked a year ago. I can’t give an overall feedback on the place since we didn’t stay here but this was a horrible experience. Fortunately, the host refunded our trip so we were not out the money we paid.If you book this property confirm your reservation prior to leaving.

Excellent Location

Check-in and communication was easy and seamless. The apartment is quite roomy for my family of 5 and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The location near Forest Park is excellent with easy access to downtown and Saint Louis University (we were there for my daughter's graduation) and the airport. I would highly recommend this place.
