Room was nice, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good; however, our bathroom didn’t have a hair dryer or Kleenexes, we received an email the day before our trip that the pool was closed for construction, and when we got to the hotel, the parking garage entrance was out of order, too. My biggest complaint is the entire floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana and that smell seeped into our room.

I very happy with our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were amazing. There are some cosmetic blemishes and dated fixtures throughout the hotel but nothing to impact the overall stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, it's a great place to stay for the night.

We were in St Louis for a volleyball game at UMSL. Perfect location for getting to UMSL and places to eat. Hotel staff were amazing! Everyone so friendly. I felt safe and the room was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was well above a traditional hotel breakfast. We will stay here again.

We came back to this hotel because we enjoyed our stay last year. When we got to our room, I began inspecting the bed to ensure no bed bugs and there was a bloody, crusty booger on second blanket. I called the front desk and they switched us to a new room right away. The picture on the wall was also dirty. Other than that, the stay was okay. We like the omelette station.

Good two-night stay overall. Clean, comfortable room with great breakfast and excellent restaurant staff and a convenient parking. Front desk was ok. Only issue was the 3rd-floor hallway, which had a bad smell and an unclean floor drain area, though the room itself was very clean.
