This brick two bedroom home located in Historic Soulard, St Louis near downtown, close to pubs and nightclubs. Come and enjoy an evening in the many restaurant patios or take a shuttle(3 minute walk, 0.2 miles) to a downtown game. The private back yard offers a lovely space to enjoy cool spring and fall nights and gas fireplace provides warm and inviting evenings on cold winter nights. Upstairs has a large master bedroom(Queen), Jack'n Jill access to bathroom and a deck overlooking the courtyard. The other bedroom(Queen) features a huge near wall to wall bay window.
