This unique place has a style all its own. This Studio offers a full kitchen, stunning encompassing windows, closet and full bathroom. The building is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with laundry in the basement. WIFI with smart TV, Keurig coffee maker and K-cups. Welcome!

This apartment has 440 sq. ft of living space with stylish décor, memory foam mattress, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace. It also has a hardwood flooring and historic windows.

This apartment is located in the Historic Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. It is also known as theater district. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby.

Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. Our complementary garage parking is located at our sister property (10 minute walk). Alternatively, you can park on the street (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday)
1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. No smoking Marijuana Anywhere on our property including front porch and fenced back yard. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with a Govt Issued ID and valid CC/ Debit card for incidentals (Guests Booked Directly through Airbnb our Damage Deposit is Waived) 6. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK 7. Check-in will take place at our sister property, The West End Hotel, located at 4215 Lindell Blvd. St Louis, Mo 63108.
Pet Rules 1. There is a $15 pet fee per pet per night. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $250 per pet per month. 2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation 3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas. 4. Pets must be kept of leash at all times including our fenced back yard.
Pet fee will be paid at check-in, failure to report to us will result in a $250.00 charge per reservation.

The property manager was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were very clean and check in was friendly. My only not 5 star was the mattress. I felt like maybe one of the supports is missing. My husband and I were sucked to the “hole” in the middle all night. Otherwise fantastic.
