Dirty wash cloth with pubes on it hanging in bathroom. Dirty sheets. Homeless guy smoking in staiway, before he went to sleep there. Poor service correcting issues with my room. Rude management. Worst hotel breakfast I've yet seen.

I checked out early because i found rouches running around my room. The room was very dirty stains on everything ..recliner was broke ,missing drawers in dresser couch was completely disgusting all around really bad experience

Well this place is horrible right as u check in breakfast is a nasty joke coffee only til 9 am and taste horrible sinks clogged shower backed up no smoke alarm in our room balcony sliding door don't work no screens bedding was so gross I washed it myself lamp light hanging sideways broke with an extension cord air conditioner hanging halfway off wall and works sometimes room hot out of 2 weeks of cleaning our room myself house keeping cleaned in room for 5 minutes housekeeper yelled at me for asking for sheets definitely so upset and disappointed not worth money people laying in hallway stairs kids running screaming elevator scary stairwell no lights microwave broke safe broke definitely false advertising and pictures are a lie. I would not ever stay here again

We didn’t stay, the smell and condition of the room was disgusting. They quickly refunded our money with no hassle, which was nice. But we can’t recommend this hotel for any reason. We didn’t feel safe and immediately left the area to find a safe hotel. I have never suggested staying away from a hotel before, but this one is definitely a place to avoid.

Terrible. Dark hallways, smelled like pot, dirty and unkept elevator, stained carpet in the room, the toilet was making a leaking sound, there was a broken piece of metal in the closet, felt very unsafe. The smell of pot coming from the rooms was overwhelming. I left.

The staff was very friendly and the check in was easy. It was however impossible to overlook the condition of the property. I dont know what year it was built but our room could not have been updated ever, dirty carpet, stains everywhere even the bedding, rotted wood on exterior and common areas pretty gross overall. I'm not a picky person but would not stay here again.

This was a terrible stay the linen was soiled and we were not provided any clean we bought our own linen the hallways smell of cigarettes and drugs the wash cloths were old also bought my own I will not recommend staying here I paid for 2 suites and only got one but was charged for 2 and management didn’t help at all terrible experience

Staff was nice. Hair in bathtub, sheets stained ,toilet didn’t flush well and leaked from the seal on the floor, the aftermarket TV remote didn’t work many of the functions and made watching it challenging. I was happy to find the place on short notice , the place I originally booked online was dreadful . Fairly easy access to major roads

Stay was horrible.. told us our room was 538 and it was actually 38 on the lower level. The ceiling was leaking in several places, including in our room. There were awful water spots covering the ceiling. The bed had trash in it and the entire place smelled awful.

Need a refund. The location was unkept. The first room had a sit in the mattress and sheet. Stains on the mattress, mattress cover, sheet, and floor. Table and chairs were stained. Second room not as filthy but the comforter had hair and burns marks, there was ink drawings all over the wall, it was dusty and the bathtub was covered in pubic hair and had a ring of dirt around it. When I asked for a third room, I was told they were booked up. Although I paid through an app, the hotel double charged me even though I didn't end up staying there. I've now paid twice for a hotel I never stayed in.

Dirty motel

The rooms were dirty, food was left on the floor. The bathroom was not cleaned, mirrors were dirty and towel rack was disgusting. Lamp was broken. Pictures were falling off the wall. Bed sheets were nasty.
