The door was very hard to unlock. Walking in the house it smelt like smoke/skunk. The carpet had holes in it. The floor in the kitchen had a patch of tape over it. The kitchen faucet sprayed everywhere. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The bathtub leaked the whole time. There were two dirty rags in the tub. No towels available. One of the bed frames was very unsteady. We had to tighten the legs on it. Seemed like it was very poorly put together. There was chewed gum and ash in a container in one of the bedrooms. Black mold in the bedroom closet. The bathroom vanity was broken off of the wall and wobbly. There was garbage in the floor. There was a bottle of water, a Starbucks drink and an open bag of ice in the fridge/freezer. There was also paper towels taped on the door window. No sheets/blankets for a house advertising it sleeps nine. The floor transitions could cut your feet. I would not recommend staying here.

My stay was absolutely great. I could not utilize the tv in the living room because there wasn't a remote controller and no way to turn it on but other than that my stay was perfect and the owner was very helpful.
