My plane got in at 10 AM and this hotel allowed me to check in that early! I was super happy and thankful. The room was very clean and pleasant. Comfy beds. Free three alcoholic beverages per evening AND free dinner and breakfasts, wow. Areas for opportunity- they need to offer vegan food, non dairy milk (the non dairy creamer packets still has a milk protein in it) and clarify with each other and the airport on how often their shuttles go to the airport and do people need to call for a shuttle. Everyone had a different story on that.

We were not arriving until the morning. I called and talked to the person and they said they would have our room blocked off and it wouldn't be released. They will released the room so there was an issue when we arrived.

The staff was so nice and helpful. It got chaotic during meal service and they were all so nice and kept calm. Food was good and rooms were comfortable and nice. Only problem was the pool. The water had so much chlorine it gave us all a rash.

Great stay since it’s right across the street from the airport. We flew out very early and the shuttle was fast and easy. The nightly snacks and food were excellent. You can leave your car in a gated area which I really liked!

We had a late checkout at 1:00am. The staff were very friendly and the room was large and nice. It was much better than the Hampton. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here!

The staff who I interacted with were amazing! 10/10. But that’s all I can really talk highly about. Our room had hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours, no trash bags, garbage on the floor and an applesauce lid under the air conditioner by the window. Then for dinner, they had hardly any food at 6:05, and dinner is 5:30-7:00. They said they had a convention but I feel it should’ve been put into consideration. Then took my 2 kids swimming, and my son was highly upset cause he wanted to free swim and couldn’t because I forgot floaters (my fault I know) BUT with his autism, he struggles highly with his emotions and was incredibly upset about leaving the pool cause I couldn’t hold him safely in the pool. 8 adults, and 3 kids well over 13 all decided to shake their heads, laugh, and stare at my family while we dried off and left. I talked with front desk staff but had no follow up on it so will be calling today. Don’t think we will be back. Only did a short trip to try out with my sons autism and see how he does and I feel so discouraged by it all.
