The first room we were assigned was the farthest from the elevator, and when we went into the room, it was a heavy, dusty, vacuum smell, and the beds had already been pulled down, so someone had been in the room. Had to haul our stuff way back down to the first floor from the sixth floor. We got another room got upgraded to a suite with one king bed, which we could make work for the night. The room was nicer, still had somewhat of a dusty carpet, vacuum smell, but the lobby gentleman was really good at making sure that we got our room changed as quick as possible.

Best hotel stay!

Best stay we have had. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. We will definitely stay here on future trips to St. Louis!

I wish all hotels could have staff like Drury Inn,

Amazing staff. Also very dog friendly. I have a service dog but only stay at hotels that do allow dogs. They generally get treated better and less resentment. Drury is fantastic!! Food is great too. The evening food was enough for a full meal. Breakfast was great. While eating the staff are always very nice.

We were treated like royalty!

Our stay was outstanding from checkin to checkout! This was our first stay in a Drury Inn, and the full staff made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire time. The food was good, the staff were so polite, the pool area was clean, and our rooms were comfortable. The front desk associate would check on us frequently to make sure everything was ok. Everyone went out of their way to speak to us, which made us feel special. We highly recommend this location!
