You will spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. Check in was awful and the stalls in the parking garage a VERY small. Other than that everything was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good and the hotel is as close as you can get to the arch.

Great downtown location, historic property

The Drury is a beautiful, historic property just a short walk from the Gateway Arch. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we were booked into a room with no outside windows at all—the windows opened onto a central hallway, which was weird. Be careful navigating the parking garage, which has very tight spaces; it’s impossible to turn corners on the ramps without going into the opposite lane.

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was absolutely perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank-you to Ollyn, who checked us in with such warmth and surprised our daughter with a thoughtful goodie bag for her 10th birthday—it absolutely made her day! Even more touching was the heartfelt birthday serenade by Honeybun (HB) and Denise, who sang a special song just for her. It was such a beautiful and memorable gesture that we’ll always cherish. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the amenities provided made our stay extra relaxing. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a fantastic way to start the day—fresh, tasty, and with a wide variety to choose from. Another standout feature was the evening kickback, which offered hot food like nachos, hot dogs, and tacos—a wonderful surprise and a great way to unwind in the evening without needing to leave the hotel. We also appreciated the three free drink vouchers per guest per stay, which was such a generous and enjoyable perk. We are beyond grateful for the way the entire team went above and beyond to make our daughter feel so celebrated. Thank you for turning a great trip into a truly magical and memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning in room was not working upon arrival, but staff was able to get resolved before bedtime. Indoor pool area was extremely hot, sauna like. All staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options.
