Overnight trip for MLB game on our stadium tour. Close, walking distance to Busch Stadium. Parking garage ample and easy to navigate. Elevators were a bit slow and lagging during prime times (meals, after game, etc). Breakfast buffet very good and satisfying. Even better was our Royals beat the Cardinals that night at the game.

Great hotel! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location awesome for sightseeing around the downtown area, the happy hour drinks and breakfast and dinner buffet is also a nice touch to the stay.

Great value for the location and service provided. Staff was great, parking is convenient. EASY walking distance to the ballpark, arch, and bars/restaurants. Room was quiet even though the place was packed. Breakfast and evening food was surprisingly good.

Great location! Enjoyed being downtown and close to the Arch. We had our dog and no problems with per friendliness. Room was clean and large. Overall great experience.

Some of the repairs in our room were definitely done poorly. The elevator situation is horrible. There’s way too much volume for the amount of elevators they have. When it’s busy, It takes 10-20 to get to where you need to go or use the stairs. Which I did plenty and it wasn’t ideal. Hotel was fine overall, nice staff, clean room, hot tub was nice on the rainy day we had. Definitely a nice touch being inside.

Great hospitality and customer service. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Elevators were extremely inefficient and slow. Hot tub was always crowded and dirty due to kids. We choose this property because it had a hot tub but didn't get a chance to enjoy it.
