This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The Gateway Arch National Park is within walking distance as in right next door. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinner was included (not sure if that’s a regular thing or just for the night we stayed). Hot tub was slightly on the cooler side for my liking but it was relaxing. Room and hotel is clean.

When you pay $180.00 a night , it's okay to have expectations. The food was not good and the building lacks taste as well When i arrived i was given the wrong room. I received a corner (with no view ),queen size bedroom. I payed for a king size handicap accessible room with view 😤 ..That was an ordeal. Finally got in a room with a king size bed,But not handicap accessible and no view ... in the morning i went to the spa & pool top with outdoor seeting and view. ..but the doors were locked and it was with in open hours . And i was bot notified that i jad to pay for parking ..30 dollars for one night. I practically had to purchase another room for my car . Im very unhappy and i will pursue getting this resolved. I will beed more then just an apology thats for sure .

Room was nice. Really nice that they have food in the evening and drinks. Nice hot breakfast. There was an issue with the pool and jacuzzi, but that was not the hotel’s problem and when the matter was brought up to the hotel, they were quick to clean/fix it.
