Good stay but there were no high chairs at breakfast. We have three children and that was difficult. Also the TV didn’t work in the living area. It was missing the HDMI.

Our one night stay was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great lots of options available. Definitely would stay again.

Nice room, staff was ok took a while to check in. I forgot my wedding ring in the bathroom inside the room when I checked out. I messaged them when I got home and they said it’s gone. Not a very trust worthy place to stay.

Good stay, very rude chef.

The stay was good per usual. They have a different cook at the omelette station than when I last came and he was absolutely awful. He had an attitude, he was slamming things around, he barely spoke at an audible level, he was rude, & seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. It made me uncomfortable to ask questions or make requests. Even when I tried to remain positive by saying “Have a blessed day” he didn’t respond and shook it off. I know people have bad days but to spill on guests is not ok. It’s not my fault you chose the job working with people. I tried showing kindness despite his attitude and it still didn’t matter.

The property was nice and the rooms were mostly clean. The beds were super comfortable. The only suggestion I provided upon checkout was reminding the housekeeping staff to clean the remotes for the TVs. There was some residue of some sort on them. I always carry Clorox wipes and Lysol when traveling so I was able to clean it myself.
