We don't host St. Louis metropolitan area locals due to recurring issues. We reserve the right to not host people with no reviews or low review score.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. We live in family neighborhood so quiet hours are after 10pm - 7am on weekdays and 11pm - 8am on weekends.
$50 fee for late checkouts unless they have been pre-approved. No Vrbo services are allowed in our property without written approval from us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as listed. A great place for young children. The house had everything we needed for home away from home. The toddlers enjoyed the playground, the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Sara was a great at communicating and an excellent host!
