Nice location, friendly and helpful staff

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Close to Forest Park and all the activity available there. Just a few minutes drive from The Grove and Central West End.

Not a bad hotel. Wasn't a fan of the location or fees for parking. Felt a little unsafe, but not to the degree I've seen in other places. Overall, room met our expectations and service was solid.

Perfect location for a visit to the zoo. The associates especially Malissa who checked us in and later checked on how things were going. She and others were friendly friendly and helpful. We had to book the hotel for a last minute family matter so we paid what I assume is higher price for a room for two nights but they tacked on more for parking per day when we got there, the first morning there wasnt any room to sit and eat breakfast with the kids so we hauled everything up to our room. They also never did a refresh of our room so we ran out of towels and when i asked for a couple the next day they didn't seem thrilled so we skipped the pool. So we weren't a fan unfortunately for 270 a night
