The first room was full of cigar smoke. Once we mived it was ok. We told the front desk upon check in we had dogs and were charged the $50 for dogs /accomodation. After check out, we were called because they said we werent charged correctly because we had 3 dogs. They proceeded to tell us the desk wasnt correct and we needed to pay another $50 for a 3rd dog. We were already an hour away and we were there for less than 15 hours with no incident.

The room was not clean with the bathroom still have wet floor and lot of dirt. The carpets were not vacuumed as well.

Not Relaxing

From the get go this place was not relaxing. From staff being rude to other patrons - and not having the correct reservations for them or no room at all (this happened to our friends at midnight the night before). To just smelling and breathing in smoke the next morning in our room - YUCK. I honestly didn't even know smoking was still allowed in any hotels. This place needs to close down or sell to a better chain.

The place is obviously old. The elevator made so much noise and we were a little concerned about especially since we were on the 7th floor. towels were thin and old. carpet felt damp. Floors sticky. but bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice enough at check in. For the money it was fine.

Didn’t have a stay! If I could give zeroes I would. They allegedly changed owners and said they never got my CONFIRMED reservation from Hotels.com. DON’T EVEN CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY!

Very low expectations, still disappointed.

My expectations were low. We were in town only for one night and just needed a place to store our luggage, shower, sleep, and be out the door first thing in the morning. When we arrived, the receptionist was friendly, but there was a line of people, and she was by herself. Once we finally got our room keys and headed toward our room, we realized the whole building reeked of smoke. Maybe I missed something, but I thought this was a non-smoking hotel. Once we got inside the room, I saw that plastic bags had been taped over the smoke detectors. There were stains on the carpets and on the couch. The remote for the TV was sticky. The bathroom was dingy, and it appeared that while the shampoo and conditioner and soap had been replaced, not much more than a wipe down was done since the previous person stayed in the room. Even with my no-frills low expectations, I was left disappointed. I just wanted to clean place to lay my head for the night and this was not it.

Had a balcony, free parking, clean room, and friendly staff. Bathroom looks like it needs some work amd the walls were thin so I heard my neighbors conversation all night so didn’t get the best sleep.

Few little things

Small balcony, but a nice touch to have. The Barricade at one end of the parking lot was confusing. The three attempts to get a room key that worked wasn't ideal. Lastly, the bathroom is a little compact, but has all the amenities you need.

Do NOT stay here! I booked a week’s stay to be at the hospital daily with my brother who is fighting for his life. The last night I return to the hotel to discover MY KEY DOES NOT WORK, Because they RENTED MY ROOM TO ANOTHER GUEST, and they THREW ALL OF MY BELONGINGS IN A TRASH BAG!!! They didn’t apologize, didn’t acknowledge the error, and didn’t offer any concessions. THE POLICE WERE CALLED BECAUSE I WAS FILMING. It was a nightmare, on top of a nightmare. I learned that the property is under new management and they have only owned it 10 days...4 days before I checked in. It is a mess. I booked a cheaper hotel than normal to save some money. Trust me, it’s a dump. Don’t t fall for ‘Under New Management’, because they are HORRIBLE!
