We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, lots of options and great quality. The only issues were that, since we were on the 10th floor, it took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. When we asked for new towels, we were told to come down to the reception to pick them up.

The hotel is right next to highway 170. The side facing the highway is very noisy especially at night. Make sure you request rooms facing the parking lot

Will never stay here again! The swimming pool and hot tub were disgusting! There were wet towels all around the floor, a cupcake wrapper floating in the pool and the hot tub water looked like swamp water. The floors in the downstairs lobby had cupcakes and random snacks smeared all over, so dirty. We asked for more pillows since our room literally had no pillows on the bed and we were told the hotel was out of pillows but they would give us dirty pillows that haven’t been washed yet. Ummm ewww!! I reached out to expedia who was super helpful and contacted the hotel front desk to see if we could get some of our money back and the front desk said if we checked out right then (it was almost midnight and we had 10 people in our group with smaller kids) they would otherwise no money would be given back. Horrible customer service! Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Staff was wonderful. Pillows & bed: very mediocre. Pillow was lumpy. Bathroom was dirty. Room smelled like marijuana. Hot tub was colder than the pool. Breakfast was excellent for a hotel buffet style. Overall fine for what we needed it to be.

Overall needs a deep clean. Walls and doors in our room were covered in hand prints and other gross stuff. Not to the level of what I would have expected for what we had to pay. It was a busy weekend so inflated prices, but seems ridiculous when the level of cleanliness was so poor. The AC was broken on the main level upon arrival and throughout our stay. We will not stay at this location again, much better and cleaner options all around the same area.

We were told housekeeping would come every other day. They did come the first time, but the next day they were supposed to come, they did not show up. When we got back to our room (around 9:00 pm) I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels; wastebaskets were not emptied, etc. There were also piles of used towels, sheets and blankets outside a few of the rooms on the floor. This was 5th floor.

We didn't receive any housekeeping services during our 4 day stay besides towels brought 1 day. No garbage cleaning or beds made at all. Rooms also looked like they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. It was also very loud being right next to the interstate and guests were smoking all the time right at the front entrance.

A home away from home

We had all the amenities of home above and beyond a regular hotel room. There's a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, two burner stove top, microwave. There is no oven, but they allow you to bring your own toaster oven. I didn't like that the sink and the lighting over the sink interfered with whichever spouse was still in bed sleeping because of the positioning. The commode is a little low for anyone who has knee problems or is elderly. The dishwasher did not have a cap for the detergent dispenser. Other than that you couldn't have asked for anything more in the unit. The staff were responsive to all requests. When you returned in the evening, they welcomed you back. All of the staff regardless of their positions greeted you in passing. The breakfast were okay. The choices of meats could have included more non-pork selections for those with or religious reasons for not eating pork. I think they did have turkey or chicken sausage options on two of the 12 days we were there. I highly recommend this location and would stay there again. There is a IHOP right across from the hotel and other shopping options, to include a mall with department stores, within minutes.
