It was a beautiful hotel. Everything was good except for the beds were really small and we had to pay $40 a night for self parking which I think is a little bit much and I wasn’t even able to park there one of the nights because it was full….

Really enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to our destinations from the hotel. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the dining options. The room was a different experience. We paid for a “upgraded” room and it was not worth the money. The phone was filthy. We noticed sitting liquid on the mouthpiece of the phone when we tried to call front desk, we used our cell phones from that point on. There were stains on the headboard, the water pressure was nearly nonexistent. Showering was not enjoyable. We explained all of this upon checking out and provided pictures. We were told they would remove the upgrade charges from our bill, which we agreed to. When we got home to check the itemized bill, the upgraded charges were not removed. We were livid. The hotel staff did not honor their word, and we couldn’t very well go back to the front desk since we came from out of town. We will not be staying here for future events.

The rooms are nice and spacious but mine was not cleaned properly had dirty countertops and used wash cloths still in the bathroom alone with crumbs on the bed no one ever showed up after i called and went to the front desk to speak with manager about my valet service they parked my car two blocks away assuming we were through with the car for the night that struck a nerve so they down graded me to self parking which was fine. The restaurant inside of the hotel had great service and good food

The property was beautiful! Nice, and quiet. Was there for a concert and everyone was very friendly and professional. When we walked in everything was clean except the bathroom but we called the front desk and they sent someone to clean it immediately. All of our requests were filled immediately as well. Our hotel was directly across the street from the gateway arch. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody.
