The entire hotel smelled! mostly like weed. the breakfast was a joke. We were there about 15 mnutes and never did have any eggs. when asked, "they are cooking" was the response. it doesn't take 15 minutes to cook eggs. problems with the waffle machine and huge line. Needed more staff/better staff handling that. checkin and checkout was convenient being via text so that was a postivie.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. Literally the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Our room, the hallways, and elevator are worn out. The reception area was nice. The carpet on our hall was stained, had spills, and was generally filthy.

No real major issues with my stay. It was a 3 night stay for some personal trips to familiar sites. Comfortable bed. The clock was hard to see at night if you’re needing to get up early. Breakfast offers something different every day. My only issue would be a limited TV lineup and the YouTube app didn’t connect to the WiFi. Nothing major there. I’d definitely recommend and return here on a future trip.
Minus my football, a very comfortable bed.

When we arrived at the hotel, we had just walked in on the end of an argument between 2 customers. Receptionist handled it well, but it was very awkward and not a great first impression. Lobby was very stuffy. Took elevator to the third floor and once the elevator doors opened, you were instantly hit with a stench— a mixture of dirty and animal. Hallway carpet was DISGUSTING throughout the majority of the hotel. Tub had stains in and around it. Carpet in the room felt sticky so we had to wear socks/shoes any time we wanted to get off the bed. Bed was comfortable, plenty of parking.

We stayed a few short hours to sleep before a surgery. The clerk said oh use the back door closer to room. Great but our card never opened any outside doors. Had to go back to front then walk entire length of hotel to room.

The rooms was old and filthy. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in decades. The bathroom was dirty. The whole place needs an upgrade. And we were not told there would be a pet fee so were surprised to have to pay an additional fee at check in.

Will be issuing charge back with credit card company. La Quinta customer service provides no help. Took a third room to find a working toilet. That room’s tub was filthy and the television did not work. Management only gave back $32 for this stay from hell.

Property was selected for proximity to airport and shuttle. The hours of shuttle operation were not on the Travelocity site but buried on the hotel web site. We had an early flight and had to get an Uber to the airport. Would not have selected the hotel if the hours were readily available. No dining options In walking distance. Boiler was down so no hot water not Management's fault. Alarm clock kept time but alarm did not work. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff were nice but the building, including the rooms were not very clean. The bed were sloppily made and were super lumpy. One had a large dip in the middle. The tub was stained and the carpeting in the hall was littered with leaves and debris. The first attempt to get in the room, we were given a key to a room already occupied. The back door to the hotel was propped open by other patrons for our entire stay.
