We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com

The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was easy. I was unable to use the app I believe because I used a 3rd party to book. There were no instructions about the property and I did get locked in the courtyard at one point. Also check it was unclear because I could not use the app.

Enjoyed my stay. The property was very nice and clean as listed. It was spacious and very comfortable.just like home. The check in process was good but the instructions to get into the unit could be more clear. The pool was nice. It was perfect for a relaxing weekend bae/staycation.
