While it’s only a 12 minute walk to the amphitheater, I found a needle in my room near the bed, after already not having no soap to shower and an odd odor in the room the whole time my girlfriend and I occupied the room. Still waiting for compensation from Expedia or the hotel and I got the run around. Overall just a sub par room, and debatable safety conditions if you have children as it seems nobody cleans the room properly. Very dissatisfied, would rather stay at Ameristar

It was a ok room. Bathroom door hit the toilet an kitchens floor was damaged from water leak. Comforter had dirt on it. We just used tje sheets.

On check in they couldn’t find my reservation. Even with my email from Expedia they stated they couldn’t find it and had to call Expedia. Then upon arriving to our room the main living area of the suite ac unit wouldn’t turn on. Had to call maintenance. The batteries in the thermostat had to be changed and then the ac wouldn’t blow cold air. My kids complained of the heat through the night. Overall our experience wasn’t the greatest.

Frustrating, door keycard would not work on outside door and room door! Electricity went out in bedroom, water in tub drained very slow, standing in tub full of water while showering. . . I selected a studio but for whatever reason I was upgraded and the room looked worn & old, not like the beautiful studio I stayed in last time
