NO PARTIES!!!!. There will be a $500 a fine for the violation, police will be notified, you will leave the premise immediately.
Late checkouts are permitted, you will be charged an additional $25 fee for each hour that you occupy the property after your initial checkout time.
Absolutely No drugs, smoking or vaping inside the home. If any signs of smoking are found in premise an extra fee will be charged (minimum $500).
