Booked a king bed for my wife and I. Arrived and stated they "gave us more room" with two queen beds. One bed was broken and the lamp by the window was broken. Told staff so I was not charged for damages. The room heating and air either worked or didn't work. Vallet let me park in the front which was amazing. The restaurant and the chef was amazing. The chef and bar tender went above and beyond. Would use again due to ease of stay close to the venue. Was hyped to stay but realized it's average. Staff was super nice and friendly. Thank you!

Amazing spot! I would definitely stay here again, especially if I want to see another concert at The Pageant next door. The rooftop bar is great and the room was very nice and quiet. I love the touches and the way they designed the place. A !!! I would stay again! Affordable, too!

Great area, great staff, could be cleaner.

Location is great. We enjoyed the neighborhood and it’s not far from downtown either. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel has been renovated but mostly cosmetic things have been redone. The cleanliness was my biggest issue. The baseboards in the bathroom had something gross on them. The toilet seat was very worn and discolored. And the room seems to be really dusty. When they cleaned the “dust”, it’s seems to just have been wiped so it just got pushed around instead of removed. The mattress cover was stained, though the sheets were clean. The lack of a fitted sheet (it was a flat sheet tucked in on the bottom) made it hard to sleep since it came untucked quite often. And the pillows were very small for a king size bed, and didn’t hold shape. Rooftop area was very nice. Once again, staff was great just wish it was cleaner. Would likely stay again.
