Pros...nice neighborhood, driveway parking, best beds and pillows ever, cute space, wonderful hot tub, ability to text property management and quick response of owners when there was a small battery issue with keypad and smoke detector.Cons...the NOISE like football practice happening upstairs nearly nonstop and past the stated "quiet hours" of 10pm. I knew this was a bottom unit and I have stayed in many, many bottom units but this noise was not the normal (there was that too) but the kids running upstairs shook the space and made me jump so many times I don't know how the ceiling didn't cave in from the stomping and constant dropping of large/heavy things. I love kids and come prepared with ear plugs but you could even hear the stomping when in the shower, it was unbearable at times. I had to text management twice for times I had to do live podcasts so I would have thought they would realize how excessive the constant noise was. Maybe super strong carpet could help or just remembering there is someone below so "walking feet" when someone is downstairs could help. I definitely don't recommend for someone coming to work from the space while in town. The hot tub cover is very difficult to get back on when you are solo as it gets stuck on the wood bench. Not having any outside light by the steps is a tragedy waiting to happen and they are uneven plus some of the boards move, so be careful and don't use if you aren't sure footed. Big step down out of tub for short legs.
