Bright and spacious second floor 3 bedroom/1 bathroom in historic Shaw neighborhood. Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of off-street parking. Only a block from the Botanical Gardens where it is lovely to walk year round and only half a mile from Tower Grove with great paths for biking or walking as well as enjoying the Farmer's Market. Central location just minutes from major freeways 44 & 64 that puts you within less than 5 miles from most major attractions and hospitals.

You'll have the entire apartment unit to yourself only one other unit below. Enjoy a large dining area with seating for 6 and fully stocked kitchen with all your essential cookware as well as a dedicated workspace for those working from home. We are pet friendly and there is a large fenced in backyard. All utilities, high speed internet/wifi and access to Netflix/Hulu are included with your stay.

NOTE: There are a few steps (~14 steps) from the street level to the front entrance of the building. The unit itself is located on the 2nd floor of the duplex so there will be additional stairs from the front porch into the unit. This unit may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

GUEST ACCESS: Private entrance in the front with keyless entry. The front door is keyless entry and auto-lock after 30 seconds. Please make sure doors all closed tightly and all the way to ensure that the deadbolt can fully lock. Back doors are manual locks so please make sure they are locked on your way out.

You will have private access to your unit along with the shared basement washer/dryer and the fenced in backyard that is also shared.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: You have the place to yourself and we will respect your privacy. However, we are available for help or provide recommendations usually via app message, phone, or text and will reply as soon as we are able. Interested in an extended stay? Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and can be accommodated with additional fee with prior approval from the host given there aren't other guests checking in or out during that time.

NOTE:
- Self check-in with keyless touch pad. Please notify us of your arrival and departure times to schedule cleaning. Code and directions given in message prior to arrival.

- Strict NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING of any kind (i.e. cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or anything else) inside the unit. Violators will be charged a $300 fee and your stay will be canceled immediately with no refund provided.

- NO unregistered guests.

PARKING: Plenty of free street parking

TRASH: Dumpsters are located in the back alley. Access is through the front entrance and down the side of the building.

PETS: are welcome with prior approval from host prior to booking and there will be an additional one time fee. This is to cover the cost of an additional "deep" cleaning to assure future guests with allergies are not affected. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the backyard, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Pets must be crate trained and needs to be crated when left alone in the unit. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund provided.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet (One time fee)
- Long Term Guests (over 28 night stays): $150 per pet (One time fee). Housekeeping service is required and included with rent. If damage to the unit is found from your pet(s), your reservation will be canceled immediately and no refund will be provided.
