JZ rentals were great to work with - available and helpful. The house was good size and accommodating. Has inviting well stocked kitchen, beds surprisingly comfortable, and loved having the garage. Well located as easy on/off I-64 close to the zoo and botanical gardens. Overall, a great stay and hope to stay again. Took off one star for combo of things that were not deal breakers: Dead bolt on one of two front doors absent/needs repair (though has knob lock), couch/futon terrible to sit on (worn out), no hooks or closet to hang coats on main floor so coats everywhere:) Also, currently has construction on one side of unit and a trashed/vacant house on other but can tell being worked on - did not bother us.

Great Location

The house is in a great location - seemed to be about 10 minutes from everything we wanted to see. It was also very clean. It’s a very tight squeeze to park a minivan in the garage, so we had to park out front on the busy street, which was a little unnerving since we had a 5 year old with us. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend this house to others.
