Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
This house runs on propane. If you smell gas let us know immediately and leave the house.
Pet is not allowed on the bed. Do not use bed sheet, comforter, or towels. Put the pillow case, bed sheets, and comforter near laundry and run one load before leaving.
If you use kitchen. Dishes need to be cleaned. If not cleaning additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
