Our deadbolt for our room was broken, and instead of giving us a new room, they kept my 3 y/o and I awake until 9pm “fixing” it. The guy said he’d come back the next day to finish fixing it and never did! I felt extremely unsafe.

I loved how helpful the staff was as soon as we came in. I loved how they came and completed a gentle clean-up. The only thing that wasn't great was the slow bathtub drain. However, this was not a make-or-break deal. I would definitely come back with my family.
