No communication about the television service was not working until after checking in and going back to front desk to ask & being told maintenance was working on it. Heard nothing else until the next morning when we went to front desk to ask about checking out early and getting money back for night not staying. On several occasions thru the first night found roaches running across the floor and counter, therefore unsanitary and not comfortable to cook due to that. 100% absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend

The staff are the rudest, laziest, workers I’d ever met . The short haired lady at the desk is a liar , stupid, or just incompetent. It’s like a prison, cops are there all the time. Oh and they make you pay a $100 deposit,then the desk bitxh steals it.

Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived late due to a delayed flight and found the main door locked. I stood outside in freezing weather repeatedly calling the front desk, yet the staff took their time opening the gate, behaving as if letting in a paying guest was a favor rather than their responsibility. The attitude was rude and completely unprofessional. I clearly informed the staff that I would be checking out at noon, and this was agreed to by a staff member. However, at 10:50 a.m., another employee started banging on my door, insisting I check out immediately and refusing to honor the previously agreed checkout time which proves the lack of communication among the staff. On top of this, the neighbors were extremely loud throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Voices and noise continued for hours with no intervention.

The door to the room would not lock unless she slammed it three or four times. There were loud parties in the hall. The room next to where my headboard was played their TV really loud until after 10. The towels were sad little pieces of material. The showerhead,, some mold in the caulking, and it felt like the bottom was going to fall out from under you when you showered. Also, there was a glue trap for mice in the closet. I shouldn’t have to see that. The only bright spot was Melissa at the front desk. Very cheery and helpful

Room was falling apart, stove didn't work, freezer didn't work, lost a lot of money that was spent on food that went bad. Smelled like cigarettes bad was nonsmoking, the tub was clogged. And wasn't pet friendly yet I booked a room that was pet friendly. Didn't stay the whole stay, they ruined everything. And kept my money. I tried contacting their management about the non working appliances in room and nothing. I will never stay at another extended stay ever again. And I'll make sure anyone I know or talk to never stays there as well.
