Have to let water run for at least 15 minutes to get hot water. Bed was not comfortable. Great idea with kitchen to cook food, outdoor area was very nice, renovation all looked good, but if you can’t have a hot shower it doesn’t matter how many amenities are offered. Convenient location to Barnes hospital.

Our room was very clean but very small. We only needed a place to sleep, so we were comfortable. They seem very serious about their quiet hours. We were there for a show so we didn't get back to the hotel until after 11 at night, and we were so concerned about the quiet hours that we were nervous about watching TV or speaking full volume in our room. Other than that, everything was very nice. The owners are clearly concerned about the comfort of their patrons.

Nice location and friendly people.

Had a great trip! The rooms were comfortable and convenient key-less entry as well. I did forget the bottom mat to my suitcase carrier I brought, and am hoping they will get back to me about possibly shipping it back home. The hot water seemed a bit "residential", but not a complete deal breaker for me. I liked the added touch of the community lounging and cooking areas, complete with a workout room and hot tub. The guy who worked nights there was very polite and helpful with all my requests. A great place to stay overall.

Horrible Experience

TV did not work. Also, mattresses are too small for bed frame. I tripped over the frame and ended up cutting my leg pretty badly. People smoking pot outside hotel and it smelled like smoke in the room. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Nice place

The room was smaller than expected. It was nice having a big grocery store nearby and some other dining options. The beds were not super comfy but with the heat wave the AC worked great. I also liked the parking garage option.

The only thing I didn’t like was the furniture is not big girl friendly. If beautiful but small and uncomfortable for the blessed size woman. I still give it a 5 star rating and will stay again as well as recommend to family and friends.

Highly recommend this location!

The West End felt like a hidden gem! It was a great value, with a comfortable room, a unique atmosphere, and fantastic parking. It is an older building, but quite comfortable. I would definitely return here!
