Comfy beds, good selection at breakfast, my daughter had a blast swimming. Just the place I was looking for a staycation. Staff was very friendly- lent me a phone charger as I forgot mine!

This is a beautiful resort! My kids and I stayed here and everything about it was magical. It’s beautiful inside, and looks like a castle with its staircase. It’s worth every penny!!

We were not told that they were having water issues. We had no hot water and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. The beds are way to soft for me. I woke up in pain throughout the night.

We had no hot water to take a shower. We were told 3x maintenance was coming but they never did. Was told we couldnt get a different room because all the rooms were having the samr issues. No discount applied. No refund. Just told to deal with it.

Okay for pets.

Felt a little like a second class citizen due to traveling with our dog. They only offer "certain rooms" to guests with a dog. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms were dated. (Maybe just the "pet rooms" are dated, though?) Breakfast was good. They are prepared for crowds with 3 waffle makers, and that was a plus.
