I arrived at the hotel, which I had stayed at just last month in December with the same card I used in December and was turned away. they said they didn't accept the card I use which is a chime card. So I lost $230.00 because I didn't get the insurance because I had stayed there before and didn't have any problems and I had made the reservation on the same day as my check in

Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff was very courteous and welcoming. However, once I reached my room, I discovered that the toilet was not flushing. I took some time to settle in and unwind before contacting guest services, who promptly addressed the issue by relocating me to another room. After getting settled into the second room, I decided to rest. When I woke up, I noticed several bug bites. I immediately took a hot shower and inspected the room for bedbugs but initially did not find any. I then lay back down to watch television, at which point I noticed a bug near the pillow. Upon closer inspection, I confirmed it was a bedbug and contacted guest services again. They apologized for the inconvenience and moved me to a third room. Overall, while the rooms were somewhat small, they were cozy. The food was acceptable—neither bad nor exceptional.

Room was very clean. The staff were very nice. It was very interesting that you have energy efficiency lighting, but the windows leak cold air horribly. And the building is unmarked, to people that are not from the area coming in the dark it just looked like another building.

Dirty room - sticky floors, socks got really dirty on floor, and we found human toenails all over floor - so gross. No handsoap in bathroom dispenser. We called desk and none was ever brought to us. Shower has a ridiculously weak trickle - you could not wash your hair. Last stay here was great - things deem to have teally declined herr

The room was nice, my only concern was the politeness of the staff, making our stay unpleasant. First, when we checked in, there was no one behind us, no big rush. But when my teen politely asked when breakfast was, the lady behind the counter snapped, "I'll get to that in a minute." Then she said her script so fast that we couldn't follow. My kid was asking a perfectly appropriate question for the circumstance, and didn't deserve to be treated like that. Second, during breakfast, my teen took one muffin. The lady at the breakfast angrily yelled across the room, "No! Use the tongs!" (My kid later told me that she hadn't seen the tongs. ) A polite reminder would have been appropriate and kind, but instead, rudeness and yelling. I was disappointed. Training in customer service would go a long way to making guests' stay much more pleasant.
