The Space:

This recently renovated and expanded villa is a spacious, welcoming family retreat located in the gated community of Coral Estate. Just a 10-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) from the Karakter beach, two restaurants, a coffee shop, a spa, and a dive shop, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Designed as a vacation property, the villa invites you to truly unwind and feel at home.



The villa features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with two bar areas and a wine cooler, and a dramatic two-level living room with a large sofa and TV. Both main-level bedrooms include spacious private lofts with ocean views—ideal for remote work. One bedroom connects to a secluded outdoor bathtub enclosure where you can soak under the stars. The other two bedrooms offer ocean views right from the beds, laptop-friendly workspaces, and direct access to an oversized terrace partially shaded by pergolas—perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the breeze.



Outdoors, a covered backyard patio with a pergola stretches across the living and dining areas, complete with a wet bar and stainless-steel gas grill, all surrounded by a lush tropical garden. From the patio lounge and the outdoor bar window, you’ll enjoy stunning ocean views through the villa—creating the unique sensation of being aboard a ship. It’s an ideal spot for breakfast or a leisurely afternoon. Multiple folding glass doors connect the interior to the backyard patio and pool deck, which features both covered and open areas. The villa’s levels are connected by exterior staircases—one near the pool and two along either side of the house.



With its variety of spaces and atmospheres, this villa offers breathtaking sea views from nearly every corner—whether you’re swimming in the pool, relaxing on the deck, enjoying the backyard, cooking in the kitchen, resting in the bedrooms, lounging on the terrace, or working in the loft. All that’s left to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy.



Guest Access:

Apart from your accommodation, you will have access to our pools with sun terrace, dedicated staff and their services. The reception is located walking distance from your apartment. From there the team can book tours, help with car rentals and you could receive information about the area or the island. Just send a message, give a call or pass by anytime for a chat!



The Neighborhood:

At our resort you will find all kinds of facilities for a relaxing holiday on Curacao. Start the day well with a delicious breakfast at Restaurant Karakter and then take a refreshing dip in our beautiful infinity pool. Are you curious about the underwater world of Curacao? At our resort you will find Diving School Coral Divers. End your day with a freshly made cocktail at Rooftop Bar Koraal while enjoying a beautiful sunset.



The resort is located on the lovely beach of St. Marie where you can also find the most beautiful reef of Curacao. During your stay you will enjoy all the tranquility that the area has to offer. You do not have to travel far for a relaxing day at the beach, swimming pool or snorkeling among the colorful fish in the sea. Our reception will gladly inform you about the possibilities of the different diving trips. The surroundings of Coral Estate Luxury resort also have enough to offer. The resort is located in green surroundings and close to many beautiful beaches such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi beach. A must-do when you are on Curacao is of course spotting the pink flamingos at the salt pans of the inland lake. It also happens regularly that the flamingos fly past our resort. You will optimally enjoy your holiday on Coral Estate because of these diverse surroundings.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance, you find several shops, diving school, bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach. If you want to explore more of the island, we can help you with renting a car.

Our professional and friendly staff is available 7 days a week. You can find them in the reception located walking distance from your apartment. The office is opened from 08:00 in the morning till 23:00 at night. Also, we are 24/7 available for emergencies at our emergency telephone number which you will receive during check-in.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
